ALL ITEMS MUST BE INSPECTED BEFORE PRINTING OR DECORATING. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE PRIOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION. DISCREPANCIES AND CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASED.
THERE IS A 15% CANCELLATION/RESTOCKING FEE OF SUBTOTAL ORDER OR $15.00 WHICH EVER IS GREATER.
THERE ARE NO CREDITS/REFUNDS ISSUED ON DECORATED ITEMS. PLEASE HAVE YOUR DECORATOR INSPECT PRODUCT PRIOR TO ANY PRINTING/EMBROIDERY.
